I’m exploring the use of RT at WB. Here are some quick notes on installation:

./configure --prefix=/usr/local/rt3 \
--with-apachectl=/usr/local/apache/bin/apachectl

make testdep
sudo make install

Set up etc/RT_SiteConfig.pm…
